The Establishment
Hyper Thrust is a dance club situated in the southeast section of Zone 6. Founded in 2014, it’s located in a former warehouse converted to contain a stage, bar, a seating area with a number of booths and tables, and a large open space used as a dancefloor. A corridor is located on either side of the stage. One leads to the backrooms which the staff uses as living quarters; the other is a number of rooms for the bots’ usage.

The Business
With no cover charge to enter, the club’s main means of profit are their somewhat overpriced drinks; thankfully most zonerats are willing to pay the extra to have a good time. The bar is fully stocked with beer, liquor, and a select few wines, but the club is most well known for their house mescal and special occasion cocktails.

The club “owns” upwards of twenty bots, all who’ve either been thrown out from Battery City or who escaped, that switch between acting as dancers and working at the bar. All of them are granted a decent amount of autonomy, especially in regards to if and how they sell themselves sexually. Many do, as they’re allowed to keep a good percentage of what they make, but a few choose not to.

The Rules
No drugs or outside drinks.
Drinks purchased inside are to be kept at the bar/seating area.
No fighting.
No harassing the staff, bots, or performers.
No sex in the bathrooms.
Three strikes and you will no longer be a welcomed customer.

The Staff
Quarantine Resonance – The owner and manager. Rather serious and business-minded, she doesn’t have much of a sense of humor, but Axle Grease brings out the best in her. Her colors are neon green, black, and bright yellow.

Axle Grease – Quarantine’s husband, and often her common sense. He specializes in mechanics and general electronics maintenance, keeping the bots and the sound/lighting systems up and running. His colors are navy blue and forest green.

Ugly Dog – The heart-of-gold bouncer. With his intimidating size and physique, it’s hard to imagine him doing any other job, but beneath his scarred face, he’s a real softie. Just don’t cross him. His colors are dull orange and olive green.

Bubblegum Bitch – The pixie-like bartender. She oversees everything to do with the bar and the drinks H.T. serves. Though bubbly and mischievous, she’s an intuitive girl with a great love for those she’s close to. Her colors are pastel pink and lavender.

Scarlett Fever – The diva lead bot. She acts as the liaison between Quarantine and the rest of the bots, and also works as the DJ on the nights when no one in particular is performing. She has a huge ego, and anyone who bruises it is in for hell. Her colors are all shades of red.

Poker Face – And of course, the waitress/barmaid/go-fer/general help.

NOTE: Hyper Thrust IS a canon location (mentioned in Dr. D’s Listening Party), so there is a chance that more facts about the place will be given when the comic is released. In the case that happens… I’m not sure what I’ll do yet, but I’ll figure it out if/when the time comes.
